About The Role

You will be accountable for:

• Running and optimizing our production capabilities and overall operations on the site

We provide a full-time permanent contract, featuring hybrid and on-site work arrangements, through 3 rotations of 12 months, across diverse business units, functions, projects, and geographic locations. The start date is expected to be October 2026.

About You

Master degree or equivalent in chemical or mechanical engineering. Relevant first experience in chemical or manufacturing industries. Digital background is a plus.

About The Pay And Benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The annual base salary for this role is € 68500 per year. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and other incentives.
