SII Group Belgium is seeking a Business Manager to join its IT Business Unit and lead business development, recruitment, and team management in a fast-growing, international environment.

You will manage a client portfolio in banking, telecoms and energy, drive profitability, and contribute to recruitment strategies while developing consultants’ careers at SII.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent command of French and/or Dutch, as well as English.
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a Business Manager within the IT sector.
• Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, and highly responsive.

Responsabilités

• Business Development: Manage and develop a client portfolio within the banking, telecommunications, and energy sectors, driving growth and profitability.
• Recruitment & Team Management: Contribute to recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing and interviews, and support development and follow-up of consultants at SII Belgium.

As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium, we are strengthening our Sales team and looking for a Business Manager to join our newly created IT Business Unit.

In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around two main areas:

• Business Development :Manage and develop a client portfolio within the banking, telecommunications, and energy sectors, driving business growth and profitability.
• Recruitment & Team Management :Contribute to the recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support the development and follow-up of your consultants throughout their careers at SII.
