Akkodis Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage electromechanical projects from engineering through delivery in Brussels. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards across large-scale energy infrastructure initiatives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder alignment, risk management, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work setup requiring 3 days on-site per week in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and installations.

Responsabilités

• Lead electromechanical projects from engineering through execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interface with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor scope, budget, planning, quality, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting.
• Support procurement, commissioning, testing, and handover phases.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions; promote PM best practices.
