Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk seeks a project leader for Energy Conversion Solutions to drive product development from concept to full-scale production.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coach project engineers across international sites, ensure designs comply with ISO, PED and ASME, and manage scope, budget, and timing with executive reporting. The role includes collaboration with purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing in a hybrid setup at Wilrijk.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in a product development environment is advantageous; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Fluent communication in English across all levels.
• Strong understanding of ISO, PED, ASME and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams and coach project engineers locally and internationally.
• Decide on technical designs in alignment with purchasing, manufacturing, service, and marketing.
• Manage project scope, budget, status, and timing with transparent reporting to executive management.
• Apply international standards (ISO, PED, ASME) and risk management throughout the design lifecycle.
• Share technical knowledge across the Atlas Copco Group.
