Atlas Copco Group in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate Engineered Solutions projects from order intake to shipment. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and Document Control, aligning technical and commercial expectations to deliver on time and within contract.

Based on-site with a hybrid option, you report to the Team Leader Engineering of Engineered Solutions Oil-Free and contribute to process improvements while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of contract management and technical project execution in an industrial environment.
• Understanding of production planning, planning systems, and logistics processes.
• Experience with technical documentation, including certificates and datasheets.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality requirements, and risk management.

Are you a project engineer who enjoys coordinating technical projects from start to finish? Do you thrive on aligning multiple stakeholders while ensuring quality, planning, and customer satisfaction?

As a project engineer, you are responsible for leading and coordinating Engineered Solutions projects from order intake through to shipment. You combine technical expertise with commercial awareness and ensure that projects are executed in line with contractual agreements, quality standards, and safety requirements. Throughout the project lifecycle, you maintain full visibility of scope, planning, documentation, and financial progress.

As a project engineer, you work closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and Document Control, as well as with customers, contractors, and inspectors. You align technical and commercial expectations, manage contract changes, and ensure that all project documentation is delivered accurately and on time. In addition, you contribute to operational excellence by continuously improving processes and sharing knowledge with colleagues and other stakeholders.

In this role, you report to the Team Leader Engineering of Engineered Solutions Oil-Free. As a project engineer, you are based in Antwerp, Belgium, and work on-site with local and international teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our atlas copco airpower site in Antwerp, Belgium (BE).
