Sibelco Group in Dessel is seeking a Payroll Specialist with broad HR operations responsibilities. You will own end-to-end monthly payroll, ensure Belgian payroll compliance, and manage employee records across the HRIS.

Reporting to the HR Partner Business Services Dessel, you will support onboarding, time management, benefits, and HR documentation while contributing to continuous improvement and accurate data handling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, payroll, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of payroll and HR administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll processes.
• Experience with Workday and Protime is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Ensure accurate payroll administration in line with Belgian law and policies.
• Oversee onboarding to offboarding and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS (Workday, eblox).
• Administer time and attendance, including Protime.
• Serve as first point of contact for payroll, benefits and HR questions.
• Prepare payroll calculations such as holiday pay and salary simulations.
• Support audits and HR data quality and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure service delivery and process improvements.
• Participate in HR projects related to digitalization and employee experience.
