TotalEnergies Belgium is seeking an Aftersales Operational Lead to direct a team of 4 eMobility service coordinators and ensure smooth daily operations of the charging network. You will align priorities with Maintenance Engineers and OEMs, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a technical field, 6+ years in operational service management, and fluency in English, French and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in operational service management.
• Languages: English, French and Dutch.
• Structured, autonomous and decision-oriented with ability to create clarity in complex operational situations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of 4 eMobility service coordinators.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of the charging network.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and alignments, including escalations.
• Act as liaison between coordinators, Maintenance Engineers, OEMs and service partners.
