Abbott in Machelen, Belgium, is seeking an Emerging Markets Junior Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders end-to-end, supporting distributors across Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Israel, Ukraine, and other international markets. You will act as a link between customers, sales, logistics, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

Upper secondary diploma/ High school diploma.
First work experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain or Logistics.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong admin and organizational skills with multi-priority management.
Structured approach with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
Able to perform in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Fluency in English and either French, Arabic or Russian.

Responsabilités

Processing and monitoring customer orders in SAP.
Following up on large and complex orders to ensure timely delivery.
Managing backorders and keeping customers informed.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and credit notes.
Coordinating with distributors, couriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Maintaining customer, pricing, and product master data.
Supporting inventory management and stock monitoring activities.
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, quality requirements, and service standards.
Contributing to continuous improvements and operational excellence within Customer Service.
