Westfalia Fruit in Wingene, Belgium, is hiring a Junior Customer Service Representative to help move orders through the supply chain while delivering exceptional service to customers.

You will collaborate with Production, Logistics and Sales, gaining hands-on experience across order fulfilment and planning, and you’ll be supported to develop your skills and grow your career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Monitor OTIF and support corrective actions.
• Manage sales orders.
• Provide excellent customer service as main contact for inquiries and updates.
• Maintain master data in Transus to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in customer service.

We're looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wingene, Belgium.

As aCustomer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly through the supply chain, delivering exceptional service to our customers.Working collaboratively with teams across Production, LogisticsandSales.you'll gain hands‑on experience across customer order fulfilmentandplanning.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process.
• Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIFand support corrective actions where needed.
• Manage sales orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates.
• Maintain and update master data within the company's EDI platform (Transus) to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across customer service processes.

Requirements

• Secondary School Diploma (high school education)Fields of study such as Business Studies, Office Administration, Languages, Business Organization, or a related discipline are considered an asset or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and driven individual with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
• The ability to connect information from across the supply chain to make informed decisions.
• A resilient and results-oriented approach, demonstrating the determination to overcome obstacles and deliver positive outcomes.
