Whirlpool Corporation in Belgium is seeking a Senior HR Manager EMEA to act as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the region. Based in Belgium, you will drive talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations in collaboration with HR Operations and Center of Excellence.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years HR experience, knowledge of pan-European labor laws, and fluent English and Flemish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Knowledge of pan-European labor laws and employment practices
• Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
• Experience with works councils is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Flemish
• Strong administrative skills, organized, thorough, proactive and reliable

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end HR processes and transactions
• First point of contact for employees in the region
• Manage day-to-day data analysis and management, communications, and vendor management
• Recruitment support; working with agency partners, participating in interviews
• Support for onboarding programs
• Action HR policies, strategies and programs
• Perform HR audits & compliance activities as needed
• Identify, share, and drive process improvements
• Manage car fleet and support other general services
• Support on the organization of company events
• Support on Learning & Development initiatives
• Participate in employer branding activities
