Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Sr Analyst, Regulatory Affairs in our Hybrid Belgium office. The role leads regional regulatory efforts for Europe, Middle East & Africa, collaborating with SDA product teams and engineering groups to ensure compliance and policy alignment.

The position reports to the Director, Global Regulatory Affairs and requires strong regulatory knowledge, stakeholder management, and ability to influence at all levels across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Public Policy, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• Experience in product regulatory matters for consumer products.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Support regulatory framework for KitchenAid SDA to drive compliance and policy outcomes.
• Liaise with APPLIA and AMDEA associations and participate in trade groups.
• Deploy strategies, manuals, guidelines, and training to reduce non-compliance risk.
• Lead regional inputs to global product requirements database and maintain regulatory roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and cross-functional teams.
