KitchenAid, part of Whirlpool Corporation, seeks a Senior HR Manager EMEA based in Belgium to partner with leaders across the region. You will help deploy the People Excellence Strategy, advising on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner.
• Fluent in English, Flemish.
• Knowledge of pan-European labor laws and employment practices.
• Experience with works councils is a plus.
• Strong administrative skills, organized, thorough, proactive and reliable.

The Business HR team partners with leaders and employees to implement people strategies that enable the organization to attract, develop, engage, and retain the talent needed to achieve current and future business objectives. The team plays a critical role in aligning business priorities with talent strategies, fostering organizational effectiveness, and supporting a high-performing and enagaged culture.

Purpose of the job

As the Senior HR Manager EMEA based in Belgium, you will serve as a strategic business partner to leaders and employees across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will support the Global HR Leader in deploying the People Excellence Strategy across EMEA and provide guidance to leaders on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations. Working collaboratively with HR Operations and Center of Excellence, you will help deliver people solutions that support both business success and a positive employee experience.

Hybrid working

with 4 days per week in our Grimbergen office and remote working on Fridays.

Your responsibilities
