Datacolor in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Temporary Order administration representative to support the EMEA market. Join a welcoming team of 30 colleagues and help deliver excellent service to our international clients.

You'll manage order processing, shipping, and CRM data entry, coordinate with Sales, Finance and Management, and ensure accurate, timely information across Salesforce. This temporary role offers growth and a hybrid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• English fluency required; Dutch and German are a plus.
• Proficiency in Office 365; Salesforce/JDE experience preferred.
• Independent, organized, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Understand international trade terms (Incoterms) and payment methods.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Experience with JDE or Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support and exceptional service to clients.
• Process various orders and record accurately in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Coordinate with Sales and Support; update backlog schedules.
• Arrange shipping and manage import customs clearance.
• Maintain account information in the CRM daily.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Management to support growth.
