Terumo Europe NV is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a temporary contract in Belgium. The role supports the EEM Customer Service team with order entry, stock allocation and certificate requests, with potential expansion to full order-to-cash coordination for a subset of customers.

Ideal candidates have experience in Customer Service or Sales Support, strong Excel/Outlook/Teams skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management is preferred.
• Clear communication and the ability to work with diverse teams are essential.
• English fluency and comfort with cross‑cultural collaboration are required.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key contact for assigned customers and provide timely support.
• Manage end-to-end order process including entry, verification, delivery and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate customer/order data in systems and provide status updates.
• Prepare documentation such as order confirmations, delivery notes and certificates.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues and coordinate with Sales and other stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to process improvements in Customer Service.
