DuPont is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to establish the regional commercial operating system for the EMEA region. You will partner with the EMEA Commercial Leader and Sales Leaders of Corian Design to standardize processes, drive governance, and deliver performance insights across multiple countries.

You will own forecasting, CRM governance, and pipeline management, delivering monthly and quarterly reviews to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for seniority.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or related analytics roles.
• Experience supporting multi-country/regions’ commercial organizations.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Strong CRM governance and data quality management skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and improve regional commercial operating model and governance processes.
• Lead sales governance routines, planning, target setting and performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Own forecasting process, calendar, submissions and channel reviews.
• Drive CRM adoption, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Manage distributor governance frameworks and regional reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and other functions.
