DuPont, a global innovator, seeks a Sales Operations Manager to establish an optimized regional operating model for the EMEA region. You will lead governance, forecasting, CRM excellence and analytics to support profitable growth across Corian Design and related channels.

You will partner with the EMEA Commercial Leader and Sales Leaders, drive standardization, and deliver monthly performance reviews while coordinating annual planning and distributor governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, analytics or planning.
• Experience with multi-country commercial organizations and CRM governance.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Establish and continuously improve regional commercial operating model.
• Lead governance, performance reviews and cadence across regions.
• Coordinate annual planning, targets and commercial reviews.
• Drive standardization of processes across countries and channels.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and management reporting for leadership.
• Own forecasting process, calendar and pipeline governance.
• Maintain distributor governance framework and partner reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Digital, Marketing and Finance to align forecasts and actions.
