Kipling in Antwerp, Belgium is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage Eastpak products for the EMEA region. You will balance supply to demand, maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborate across sales, logistics, and global supply planning to ensure stock availability and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Sciences, Transport, Logistics or another relevant field linked to Planning or Supply Chain Management.
• 1-5 years working experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Planning.
• You like working with numbers and have an analytical mind.
• You are accurate and have a sharp eye for details.
• You enjoy working with others, listening to and understanding their point of view and identify solutions together.
• You are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI is an asset.
• Fluent in English, spoken as well as written.

Responsabilités

• Define inventory strategy before the season starts with the Senior Demand & Inventory Manager and refine it at each buy moment based on market conditions.
• Review, update and confirm monthly buy proposals considering inventory KPIs like on-time performance and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with global supply planning in Singapore and regional Eastpak teams to align on global minimums and supply needs.
• Participate in weekly/monthly calls with Asia sourcing for issues and improvements.
• Manage monthly supply prioritization to ensure stock aligns with inventory targets without disrupting orders.
• Monitor stock coverage on high runner products and adjust strategy to stay in stock.
• Build, automate and analyse daily/bi-weekly/seasonal reports for on-time coverage, supply arrival, and category inventory levels.
• Act as contact for PACKS planning org alongside manager in global projects.
• Support and back-up other planning team members.
