Packs EMEA (Eastpak, Kipling & JanSport) in Antwerp is looking for an Inventory Planner to manage the inventory of Eastpak products for the EMEA region. You will balance supply and demand to maximize product availability while keeping stock levels under control.

You will analyze buy proposals and inventory KPIs, maintain close contact with sales, customer service, and global sourcing teams, and report to the Senior Demand & Inventory Manager. This role is based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Sciences, Transport, Logistics or another relevant field linked to Planning or Supply Chain Management.
• 1-5 years working experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Planning.
• You like working with numbers and have an analytical mind.
• You are accurate and have a sharp eye for details.
• You enjoy working with others, listening to and understanding their point of view and identify solutions together.
• You are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI is an asset
• Fluent in English, spoken as well as written.

Responsabilités

• Define the inventory strategy before the season starts, considering market demand needs and inventory targets, and refine the strategy at each buy moment based on market conditions.
• Review, update and confirm the monthly buy proposal while considering key inventory KPIs (on-time performance, excess inventory, surcharges, inventory targets).
• Collaborate with the global supply planning organization and regional counterparts to align on minimums, supply needs, and capacity challenges.
• Participate in weekly/monthly calls with the sourcing organization in Asia on outstanding issues and process improvements.
• Manage monthly supply prioritization to ensure inventory at DC aligns with targets without disrupting order delivery to customer.
• Monitor stock coverage on high runner products and adjust strategy to stay in stock.
• Build, automate and analyse reports for on-time order coverage, supply arrival at DC and detailed inventory levels; take corrective actions.
• Act as point of contact for PACKS planning org and support other team members.
