Vans in Antwerp is seeking an Inventory Planner to join the EMEA Planning team. You will own the inventory management of Eastpak, Kipling and JanSport products for the region, balancing supply and demand to maximise availability while controlling stock levels.

You will collaborate with sales, customer service, Asia sourcing and logistics, review monthly buy proposals, and build reports to monitor inventory KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Sciences, Transport, Logistics or another relevant field linked to Planning or Supply Chain Management.
• 1-5 years working experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Planning.
• You like working with numbers and have an analytical mind.
• You are accurate and have a sharp eye for details.
• You enjoy working with others, listening to and understanding their point of view and identify solutions together.
• You are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI is an asset
• Fluent in English, spoken as well as written.

Responsabilités

• Define the inventory strategy with the senior manager before each season and refine it based on market conditions.
• Review, update and confirm monthly buy proposals considering key inventory KPIs.
• Collaborate with Asia/ Singapore teams to align monthly buy, hit global minimums and resolve supply issues.
• Participate in weekly/monthly calls with Asia sourcing to discuss issues and improvements.
• Manage monthly supply prioritization to keep DC stock aligned with targets.
• Monitor stock coverage of high runners and adjust strategy to maintain in-stock status.
• Build, automate and analyze reports on on-time orders, supply arrivals and inventory levels.
• Take corrective actions where needed.
• Act as point of contact for PACKS planning organization and assist in global projects.
• Support and back-up other planning team members.
