Stanley/Stella in Belgium is seeking a European Demand Planner to shape inventory decisions and ensure product availability across Europe. You will link Product, Sales and Supply Chain to translate market insights into forecasts and actionable recommendations.

You will own the monthly demand forecast for approximately 1,600 Style-Colour references and help drive data-driven decisions. Fluent in English; French is a plus, with advanced Excel and BI skills valued.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning or analytical roles.
• Experience in textile/retail/FMCG is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly demand forecast for 1,600 Style-Colour references at SKU and warehouse level.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Supply Chain to translate market insights into forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and identify risks and improvement actions.
• Support S&OP discussions with forecasting assumptions and analyses.
• Coordinate stock allocation and inbound flows to improve product availability.
