Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Manager, EMEA, Global Coaching to lead coaching strategy and programs for leadership across the region. You will guide 1:1 and group coaching, support career transitions, and build coaching capabilities in collaboration with global teams.

You will work with local leadership and Talent teams to ensure high-impact coaching experiences, while advancing the firm’s coaching strategy and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• ICF Coaching Certification is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• Masters in Business, Org, Psych (or related field) is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in executive/leadership coaching.
• Experience designing, leading and implementing coaching programmes in complex organisations.
• Exposure to professional services, corporate coaching, or executive search.
• Experience using technology and data to enhance coaching or learning programs.
• Proven ability to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines.
• Fluency in English and another language (French, German or Spanish) is expected.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 and group coaching engagements for leadership levels, with focus on senior coachees.
• Set aspirations, goals, and metrics with leadership to measure coaching success.
• Provide career and departure support and build relationships with employers and alumni.
• Deliver training and workshops to build leadership and coaching capability across the firm.
• Collaborate with regional/global coaching teams to share best practices and grow the global coaching brand in EMEA and beyond.
