Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an experienced Career Services professional to coach employees across all levels, guiding them through current roles and potential transitions. You will own regional reporting on outcomes and support CV, interview prep, and negotiations.

This role collaborates with teams across London, Amsterdam and Brussels to share candidates and align best practices. You will bring a coaching qualification, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and knowledge of the

Qualifications

5+ years in Career Services, HR or Recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Coaching qualification with proven track record.
Bachelor's degree; Master's is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the Belgian and/or Dutch labour market.
Excellent communication skills and discretion with sensitive information.
Fluency in English and a second language (Dutch or French); third language is a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide career coaching to employees across all levels and explore internal/external opportunities.
Own reporting on key outcome metrics for Career Services to demonstrate impact.
Assist candidates with CV, cover letters, and interview preparation; support offers and negotiations.
Coordinate with regional Career Services teams to share candidates and align best practices.
