Bain & Company in Brussels seeks a Senior Manager, EMEA, Global Coaching to lead the delivery of Bain’s coaching strategy across the region, guiding senior leaders, leading training sessions, and advising talent teams on coaching programs and transitions.

You will partner with regional and global leaders to scale coaching capabilities, build capabilities, and deliver high-impact coaching experiences for Bain employees and alumni.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; masters preferred.
• Experience in executive, leadership, or career coaching.
• Exposure to professional services or executive search.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and group coaching for Bain employees, especially senior managers.
• Set aspirations, goals, and metrics with leadership to measure coaching success.
• Identify key coaching needs for local talent populations in EMEA offices.
• Build relationships with employers and alumni to monitor job trends and facilitate introductions.
• Deliver training and workshops to build leadership and coaching capability across the firm.
