Prophix is seeking a Manager, Services to lead CPM and FP&A implementations across the EMEA client base. You will build and coach a team of consultants, own delivery standards, and ensure high-quality outcomes for complex engagements while guiding cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.

This newly created role offers influence on regional delivery practices at a pivotal growth moment, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PS or delivery of SaaS/enterprise software.
• 2+ years leading a team of consultants.
• Proven project management across concurrent engagements.
• Experience with FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using AI tools to boost delivery.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and Prophix offices.
• Curiosity and openness to new approaches.

Responsabilités

• Oversee portfolio of engagements and track progress.
• Lead and develop PS consultants through coaching.
• Escalation point for engagement risks and issues.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture.
• Drive adoption of project planning tools.
• Lead continuous improvement of delivery methodology including AI workflows.
• Share regional insights and help shape scalable delivery practices.
