Abbott in Belgium is seeking an EMEA Field Product Manager to drive marketing programs, launches, and regional adoption of LAAO and ICE portfolios. You will coordinate with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to translate strategy into country-level actions and education initiatives.

The role emphasizes field activities, materials development, and collaboration across the EMEA region to accelerate portfolio growth and therapy adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant medical device industry experience, preferably cardiovascular.
• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Therapy Development.
• Experience supporting product launches and commercial adoption initiatives.
• Fluency in English; multi-country experience and European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Implement EMEA marketing programs with country Sales and Marketing teams to drive adoption of LAAO and ICE portfolios.
• Lead field marketing for major launches from launch readiness through post-launch adoption.
• Develop customer-facing materials, commercial tools, field communications, and training resources aligned with EMEA priorities.
• Partner with Sales teams to support strategic account development, accelerate portfolio growth and expand adoption within priority centers.
• Develop educational and commercial initiatives that demonstrate the value of ICE-guided workflows across the region.
• Lead marketing support for major EMEA congresses, customer events and advisory boards.
