The role requires 7+ years in medical devices/healthcare marketing, strong analytics, and proven cross-functional leadership. English fluency is mandatory; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in medical device/healthcare with sales and marketing exposure.
• 4+ years product or brand marketing, including launches.
• 1–3 years of people leadership or cross-functional leadership.
• Strong influencing, communication, collaboration, and project management.
• Experience with thought leader development and external engagement.
• Strong analytical skills: forecasting, pricing, ROI; familiarity with EMEA tendering.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Supports strategic direction and leads lifecycle workstreams for the Biosurgery platform across EMEA.
• Partners with Platform Director, GSM, and regional teams to align strategy and portfolio performance.
• Translates global strategies into regional plans and informs NPI through insights.
• Co-owns performance metrics and leads risk and corrective actions.
• Leads strategy execution governance, defining priorities and timelines.
• Coordinates platform strategy and launch sequencing across EMEA and cross-border accounts.
• Owns dashboards and KPIs; ensures data quality and compliance.
• Drives forecast accuracy and demand shaping with country teams.
