Terumo BCT, Inc. in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a Field Support & Training Specialist to lead validation/implementation projects across the EMEA region, ensuring a smooth transfer of technology from pre-sales to routine use at customer sites.

You will act as a regional product expert for training and sign-off, manage cross-functional training programs, and support quality improvements while collaborating with global teams and local sales to deploy projects on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• University background in Life Sciences or Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• A first work experience in a similar role/related industry; knowledge of medical device sector.
• Excellent English and German language skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Manage preparation of validation/implementation and troubleshooting projects across EMEA.
• Design and manage customer process optimizations for smooth technology transfer to sites.
• Act as regional product expert for training and sign-off with internal and external associates.
• Support field readiness to train customers and assist with post-CE validations.
• Collaborate with global training support, quality, and sales to deploy projects on time.
• Contribute to marketing plans and development of training materials.
• Provide input to launch new products and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
