Stryker seeks a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to shape the EMEA Neurovascular portfolio and lead a team of Brand Managers across markets. You will set strategic direction, drive growth and partner with commercial leaders and global stakeholders to deliver market-leading campaigns.

You’ll develop annual and 3–5 year roadmaps, launch new products, manage lifecycle activities and coach senior marketers to build the next generation of marketing leadership within a complex international matrix.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous.

• Define and execute annual and long-term EMEA portfolio strategy.
• Drive portfolio growth through marketing campaigns and commercial excellence.
