Stryker is seeking a strategic leader to own the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You’ll set the strategy, drive product lifecycle from launch to phase-out and align branding, pricing and messaging with market needs.

You will shape the 3–5 year roadmap, partner with divisional and local teams, and lead launches while tracking sales, market share and physician needs in a fast-changing landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
• Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
