Stryker is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the Peripheral Vascular team. You will help execute marketing strategies, learn products and patient pathways, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to manage projects with timely outcomes.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with colleagues across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and learn products, therapies and stakeholder networks.
• Apply segmentation, targeting and positioning principles.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to support strategy.
• Develop and execute marketing programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support creation of sales tools and enablement materials.
• Plan and coordinate events and educational programmes for customers.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales inquiries.
• Assist with budgets, contracts and vendor coordination.
