Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Webmaster to manage our online store operations within the Ecommerce and Digital team. You will collaborate with developers to track epics, user stories, and tickets for website enhancements and promotions, maintain checklists, and ensure timely go-live with accurate translations across markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Bring our ecommerce strategy to life with a team of enthusiasts.
Collaborate with development to open, track, and prioritize epics, user stories, and tickets for website enhancements and bug fixes.
Maintain a comprehensive checklist to ensure tasks and steps are completed on time during updates or campaigns.
Use VTEX to set up and configure promotional offers.
Test website functionalities, promotions, and user flows in staging and production environments.
Brief external teams on upcoming updates, promotions, or changes for alignment with support and sales.
Verify successful deployment of updates across targeted sites on go-live date.
Troubleshoot technical issues or customer complaints during daily website operations.
Collaborate with localization to ensure accurate translations for different languages.
Organize and maintain a structured file system on Google Drive for assets and documents.
Coordinate translations for local markets to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
Benchmark competitors and share insights with ecommerce stakeholders.
Review and approve localized assets to meet brand guidelines and resonate with the audience.
Manage visual elements of the website including PLP, mega menu, new arrivals visuals, and promotions labels.
