VASCO Data Security is seeking a Webmaster to join the Marketing Department. The Webmaster ensures that, from a user perspective, all key web- and micro-sites operate in an optimal way, including www.vasco.com, www.mydigipass.com and www.developer.mydigipass.com.

Key tasks include daily monitoring and optimization, troubleshooting, handling support tickets, and serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Affinity with web technologies.
• Familiar with various online marketing tactics, including paid search, social media, blogs, communities, e-bulletins, portals, webinars, podcasts, etc.
• Prior experience with CMS is a must.
• Experience with creative design, rich media and blogs is a plus.
• Development and database knowledge is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, HTML, XML,…
• You are user- and solution-oriented.
• You are well-organized, stress-resistant and able to work against deadlines.
• You are fluent in English and at least 1 other European language (preferably Dutch, French, German and/or Italian)

Responsabilités

• Monitor, optimize and maintain website behavior on a daily basis.
• Monitor and solve incoming support tickets related to the website’s behavior & content.
• Troubleshooting for all key VASCO sites.
• Function as the liaison between the business stakeholders and IT.
• Monitor and analyze web statistics.
• Formulate web recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Ensure consistent website performance on all platforms: desktop and mobile.
• Search Engine Optimization.
• Continuously improve usability of the website and keep a user-centric approach.
• Manage the application cards in the MYDIGIPASS.COM marketplace.
