Oniverse in Brussel, Belgium is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist (CDD) to manage ecommerce activities across Website, App and Zalando, driving online sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize promotions, content, and campaigns, monitor KPIs, and contribute to new ecommerce projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Support growth of ecommerce across Website, App and Zalando.
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations including promotions and newsletters.
• Assist in planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns with the local media agency.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Retail, Digital and HQ teams to implement initiatives.
• Contribute to new ecommerce projects and improve online customer experience.
