Jobat seeks a hands-on Operational role in a fast‑growing retail group with a strong omnichannel model. You will monitor daily performance, coordinate with E-commerce, IT, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure a smooth journey from click to delivery.

You will investigate issues, support system improvements, and maintain high data accuracy and customer satisfaction across the online channel.

• Monitor the daily performance of the e-commerce platforms and KPIs.
• Coordinate between multiple teams to keep the online journey smooth.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the daily performance of the e-commerce platforms and key operational KPIs, identifying opportunities and potential issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable online customer journey, from website navigation and checkout to payment and delivery.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, proactively identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
• Act as the operational bridge between E-commerce, IT, Customer Service, Logistics, Project teams and external partners.
• Follow up on payment, delivery and order-related processes, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate the management of incidents and technical issues, prioritising them by impact.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce processes, tools and ways of working.
• Analyse performance and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives, projects and system enhancements.
• Ensure a high level of data accuracy, operational quality and customer satisfaction across the online channel.
