Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation seeks an Ecommerce Webmaster to drive the online store’s operations and campaigns. You will collaborate with the dev team to manage epics, stories, and tickets for website improvements, launches, and bug fixes.

You will own testing across staging and production, ensuring timely go-lives and consistent quality. The role requires strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and experience with Google Analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or similar.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like VTEX is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with development to track epics, user stories and tickets for website enhancements and bug fixes.
Maintain a comprehensive task checklist for website updates, launches, and campaigns.
Configure promotions on VTEX and test website functionality in staging and production environments.
Coordinate translations and localization for multiple languages with the localization team.
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and communicate updates to support and sales teams.
