Oniverse in Brussel, Belgium is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist (CDD) to manage ecommerce activities across Website, App and Zalando, driving online sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize promotions, content, and campaigns, monitor KPIs, and contribute to new ecommerce projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Job Description: Ecommerce Specialist (CDD)

Your mission

As an Ecommerce Specialist, working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, you will manage e-commerce activities across Website, App and Zalando to drive online sales and deliver the best customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Support the growth of our ecommerce business across Website, App and Zalando.
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, including promotions, newsletters and website content.
• Support the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns together with the local media agency.
• Monitor business and KPIs performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Retail, Digital and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
• Contribute to new ecommerce projects and continuously improve the online customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing and customer experience.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMS/CRM tools and Google Analytics (Marketing Cloud and CoreMedia are a plus).
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or online operations is a plus.
