Ariad Group in Ghent, Belgium, seeks an Ecommerce & Digital Content Coordinator to strengthen the online shopping experience by keeping the webshop, social media and email communications accurate, engaging and commercially effective.

Join our client directly as a permanent, full-time employee; Ghent office with a hybrid arrangement of three office days and two days working from home each week. A competitive salary and extralegal benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bring native or near-native Dutch proficiency and a good level of English.
• Apply experience in e-commerce, digital content management or online merchandising.
• Manage content hands-on using CMS platforms and e-commerce environments.
• Use GA4 data to draw insights and inform recommendations.
• Bring an affinity with SEO, GEO and digital content optimisation.
• Useful, but not essential: experience with headless CMS solutions.

Our client is a retailer specialising in garden furniture, with collections designed to make quality outdoor living accessible across a range of styles and budgets. As Ecommerce & Digital Content Coordinator, you’ll help strengthen the online shopping experience by keeping the webshop, social media and email communications accurate, engaging and commercially effective.

Retail e-commerce brings product discovery, promotions and customer communications together across digital channels. In this role, you’ll help make those channels work cohesively, supporting the webshop’s performance while keeping content relevant and up to date.

What you'll do

Manage and optimise product, category, landing and promotional pages on the webshop.

Coordinate the accurate, timely publication of products, pricing, promotions and commercial content.

Coordinate and publish content across social media channels.

Create newsletters and email campaigns with the CRM Lead, using materials from internal teams.

Review e-commerce performance and recommend improvements to content, merchandising and online visibility.

What you bring
