Job summary

Ariad Group in Ghent, Belgium, seeks an Ecommerce & Digital Content Coordinator to strengthen the online shopping experience by keeping the webshop, social media and email communications accurate, engaging and commercially effective.

Qualifications

• Bring native or near-native Dutch proficiency and a good level of English.
• Apply experience in e-commerce, digital content management or online merchandising.
• Manage content hands-on using CMS platforms and e-commerce environments.
• Use GA4 data to draw insights and inform recommendations.
• Bring an affinity with SEO, GEO and digital content optimisation.
• Useful, but not essential: experience with headless CMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product, category, landing and promotional pages on the webshop.
• Coordinate the accurate, timely publication of products, pricing, promotions and commercial content.
• Coordinate and publish content across social media channels.
• Create newsletters and email campaigns with the CRM Lead, using materials from internal teams.
• Review e-commerce performance and recommend improvements to content, merchandising and online visibility.
