Ariad in Belgium is seeking an E-commerce & Digital Content Coordinator to optimize online customer experience for a fast-growing retail company. You will manage webshop content, ensure product data accuracy, pricing and promotions, and coordinate campaigns across social media and email channels.

Collaborating with product marketing, CRM and design, you will translate data insights from GA4 into content and merchandising improvements, and contribute to SEO, GEO and online visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing webshop content and digital assets.
• Knowledge of GA4 and data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO and online merchandising.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and headless CMS is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce environments and content optimization.
• Attention to detail with a commercial mindset.
• Experience creating newsletters and email campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize webshop content across homepage, category pages, landing pages, blog articles and promos.
• Ensure accurate product data, pricing and promotions across channels.
• Coordinate and publish content on social media (Facebook, Instagram).
• Create newsletters and email campaigns with CRM Lead using provided visuals.
• Analyze e-commerce performance with GA4 and translate insights into optimizations.
• Collaborate with product marketing, CRM, design and content teams to enhance experiences.
• Drive SEO, GEO and online visibility through testing and trends.
