Spacebel is seeking a Program Director for a strategic national Earth Observation Satellite Program to be implemented in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This role requires steering a complex program spanning development, procurement, deployment, and operations, with governance across government, industry, and international partners.

The selected leader will oversee an executive team, manage major work packages, mitigate risks, and drive successful delivery, while ensuring capability

Qualifications

• Experience in space and satellite programs.
• Experience with large-scale government or sovereign technology projects.
• Fluent in French and English.
