Spacebel is seeking a Program Director for a strategic national Earth Observation Satellite Program implemented in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). • Extensive experience in space and satellite programs.
• Proven track record with Earth observation missions.
• Experience on large-scale government or sovereign technology projects.
• Strong governance, procurement and contract management capabilities.
• Experience in technology transfer and capacity-building initiatives.

• Provide overall leadership and governance of the national Earth Observation program.
