Fujitsu is seeking a Freelance Business Process Analyst for Financial Services to help optimize and digitally transform investment-related processes. You will analyze, design, and implement end-to-end processes in an Agile team, focusing on efficiency, customer experience, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years in BPM/BA, knowledge of financial services, and fluency in Dutch with French and English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business process management, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience with process management and process modeling tools.
• Knowledge of the financial services, banking, or investment sector.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Continuous Improvement, BPM, etc.).
• Understanding of risk management and control frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive discussions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent in Dutch. Good knowledge of French and English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, design, and implement business processes.
• Continuously improve existing processes with a focus on efficiency and customer experience.
• Conduct process analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver process enhancements.
• Document processes, procedures, and operational changes.
• Support testing activities and process validation.
• Monitor and evaluate processes using KPIs, incidents, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and support end users after implementation.
• Actively contribute within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Contribute to sprint deliverables and support the successful delivery of planned work.
