In Brussels, Belgium, a major Belgian banking organisation is digitalising its investment and financial insurance offer while delivering regulatory change. As a senior Process Engineer, you will work in the Contracting squad on end-to-end investment contract processes, covering contracting flows, legal contract matters, pledging, donations, activation and addenda. The role combines process management, process improvement and risk management in an investment banking context, with direct links to business, operations and IT.
The investment and financial insurance business develops and maintains end-to-end solutions for investment products distributed by the bank. It comprises 13 squads across three clusters, supported by three transversal entities, and is working on broader digital access to investment products alongside regulatory initiatives. Within the Advice Cluster, the Contracting squad owns the processes that bring investment portfolio contracts into operation and keep their legal and administrative lifecycle controlled.
Your scope runs from ideation and subprocess design through implementation, monitoring and adjustment. You will use indicators, complaints and operational feedback to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and control, and turn approved changes into application requirements and tests. Clear documentation, user guidance and post-implementation support will help employees apply the processes consistently. In the Agile squad, your work will connect prioritised stories with practical changes for customers and operations.
Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
