Job summary

Ariad Group in Belgium is seeking an E-commerce & Digital Content Coordinator to optimise the online customer experience for a fast-growing retail brand. You will ensure web content is accurate, engaging and commercially effective across the webshop, social channels and email campaigns.

Working with product marketing, CRM and design, you will drive online growth through content optimisation, data insights and continuous improvement, while contributing to SEO, GEO and visibility through testing

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) with good English.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital content or online merchandising.
• Hands-on CMS experience; headless CMS is a plus.
• Structured with strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights using GA4.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize webshop content across homepage, category, landing, blog and promos.
• Publish products accurately with pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate and publish content on social media (Facebook, Instagram).
• Create newsletters and emails with CRM Lead.
• Analyze e-commerce performance with GA4 and report insights.
• Collaborate with product marketing, CRM, design and content teams.
• Contribute to SEO, GEO and online visibility by testing approaches.
