Ariad, a leading digital consultancy and staffing firm in Europe, is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own the digital media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, and more. You will optimize campaigns, manage budgets, collaborate with agencies, and apply data-driven insights to grow traffic and conversions while staying ahead of AI-driven opportunities.

Fluency in Dutch (C2) with French and English is valued.

Qualifications

5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
Proven ability to design and optimize digital media strategies.
Strong data-driven decision making and KPI ownership.
Experience with multiple digital channels and attribution models.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute the digital media strategy to maximize traffic, conversions and business impact.
Manage media budgets across Google Ads, Meta and other digital channels, ensuring ROI.
Collaborate with external agencies to ensure best-in-class campaign execution.
Define attribution models, measurement frameworks and performance KPIs.
Analyze campaign results and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
Drive a test-and-learn culture with A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
Stay ahead of trends, including AI and generative search in digital marketing.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, content and e-commerce teams while remaining hands-on in campaign management when needed.
