La Fosse is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE rollout, coordinating end-to-end delivery and integration with ERP systems across international markets. The role is remote with monthly on-site attendance in Antwerp.

You will govern milestones, risks and stakeholder communications, align global design with country-specific requirements, and drive user adoption with change management support.

Location:Remote/Belgium (predominantly remote, with on-site attendance approximately twice per month)
Contract: 6–12 months, with potential for extension

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a complex, global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) rollout, including end-to-end integration with multiple ERP platforms across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation programme.
• Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 CE with multiple ERP platforms across different countries and business units.
• Manage a complex integration landscape spanning systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP,and other ERP systems.
• Coordinate the rollout and localisation of the solution across international markets.
• Ensure country-specific business processes, customer engagement models and regulatory requirements are appropriately addressed.
• Work closely with technical teams, systems integrators, business stakeholders and regional teams to drive successful programme delivery.
• Manage programme governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure alignment between the global solution design and individual market requirements.
• Support the mobilisation of a large international user population, working alongside dedicated change management resources.
• Drive collaboration across technical, functional and business teams to ensure the programme progresses effectively through build, integration, testing and deployment.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations.
• Strong, demonstrable experience managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE integration with multiple ERP systems.
• Experience working across complex ERP environments.
• A track record of delivering international programmes across multiple countries, regions or business units.
• Experience managing localisation requirements, including country-specific configurations, business processes and regulatory considerations.
• Strong programme governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating technical delivery teams, implementation partners and senior business stakeholders.
• The ability to manage complexity across a large-scale transformation programme with multiple interdependent systems and workstreams.
• Availability to start at short notice.

Working Arrangements

The role is predominantly remote, with an expectation of attending the office in Antwerp approximately twice per month for key workshops, stakeholder meetings and programme collaboration.Candidates must be comfortable travelling to Belgium regularly. Travel expenses will be covered in line with the agreed contract arrangements.
