Job summary

Testpunt in Belgium seeks a freelance ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployment across EU operations. You will bridge business, IT, and partners to deliver a standardized digital core.

The role requires 10+ years heading up complex ERP programs, with deep Dynamics 365 F&O experience and strong stakeholder management capabilities. You will drive PMO governance, data migration, security, and integrations for a successful go-live.

• 10+ years of proven experience heading up large-scale, complex enterprise ERP programs.
• Deep, practical expertise navigating Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O transformations.
• Outstanding capability in vendor management, PMO setup, and influencing c-suite executives.
• Strong background spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Establish ERP PMO structure, manage budget/master schedules, oversee stage-gate processes.
• Direct the implementation partner and external vendors, managing contracts, change requests, and milestone acceptance.
• Enforce fit-to-standard and clean-core principles while coordinating data migration, security, and integrations.
• Guarantee commercial readiness, prioritize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and change adoption.
• Lead go-live readiness, plan hypercare, and transition to BAU operating model.
