Job summary

Michael Page Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst to drive ERP/CRM projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will gather requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into functional specs while bridging business and technical teams.

You’ll support Dynamics 365 implementations, coordinate testing, and contribute to large-scale digital transformation programmes on national projects across Belgium. Fluency in French and Dutch is essential, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
