Job summary

MC Expert in Tessenderlo, Belgium is seeking a freelance ERP Program Manager to lead a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation. You will establish the ERP PMO, govern stage-gates, manage milestones, budget, risks, and coordinate IT and business workstreams to a successful go-live.

You bring 10+ years in ERP programs, strong PMO setup, stakeholder management at executive level, and experience with system integrators. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

• Manage the implementation partner and other external parties, including contractual agreements, change requests, and milestone acceptance.
• Lead readiness assessments and fit-gap analyses regarding people, processes, technology, data, and change.

This position offers a key role with direct impact on our organization's digital future.Read the full description## What you'll do* Set up the ERP PMO and monitor governance, stage-gates, decision-making, and escalations.* Manage the master planning, budget, milestones, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and reporting.* Coordinate business and IT workstreams and monitor scope, priorities, resources, and business backfill.* Manage the implementation partner and other external parties, including contractual agreements, change requests, and milestone acceptance.* Lead readiness assessments and fit-gap analyses regarding people, processes, technology, data, and change.* Ensure fit-to-standard and clean-core principles and obtain formal approval of architecture, security, data migration, integrations, and process designs.* Ensure that design decisions support customer needs, customer service, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.* Monitor the impact on customers, dealers, and commercial and operational teams, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales volumes.* Prepare for go-live, hypercare, and the transition to business-as-usual, including the target operating model, support model, and follow-up on business benefits.## What we're looking for* At least 10 years of experience leading complex ERP programs.* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.* Strong in PMO setup, governance, and stakeholder management at the executive level.* Experienced in managing system integrators, external partners, and multidisciplinary teams.* Broad knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service, plus experience with organizational change and business adoption.* A structured, connecting, and results-oriented approach.* Fluent communication in English; Dutch is a strong asset and French is a plus.* Experience with stage-gate governance and multinational organizations is an asset.* Experience in energy, utilities, or distribution, and a PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification are plus points.## Skills* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
