Avanade Belgium is seeking a Dynamics 365 Professional Services Solution Architect to join our Belgian Business Applications team. You will design, implement, and manage ERP/CRM solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, AI & Copilot, and the Power Platform for professional services clients across Europe.

You will lead requirements gathering, drive architecture governance, and mentor a cross-functional team of functional and delivery specialists, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions and ongoing

Qualifications

• At least 10 years as Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM consultant, with 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Deep understanding of professional services industries (project management & accounting).
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions.
• Able to coach colleagues and lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Own the solution architecture from design to delivery governance.
• Collaborate with technical architects to guide architecture and governance.
• Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and presales activities.
• Ensure ERP/CRM solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support sales opportunities with solution design, staffing, and costing.
• Stay current on Microsoft's innovations and gain relevant certifications.
• Achieve Avanade SISA certification and mentor junior colleagues.
